Cancellation Policy.

This Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Ebnezer USA LLC.

1. Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel an engagement by providing written notice to:

Cancellation requests become effective upon written acknowledgment by Ebnezer.

2. Monthly Service Agreements

For recurring service engagements, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or engagement terms between the parties.

3. Work Performed Prior to Cancellation

Clients remain responsible for payment of all services performed, deliverables completed, consulting time provided, outreach conducted, reporting delivered, and approved project work completed prior to the effective cancellation date.

4. Project-Based Services

For fixed-scope or project-based engagements, cancellation after work has commenced may result in charges proportional to work already completed and resources already allocated.

5. Ebnezer Cancellation Rights

Ebnezer reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments remain overdue

  • Required client cooperation is not provided

  • The working relationship becomes abusive, unlawful, or materially disruptive

  • Continuing the engagement would violate legal or contractual obligations

6. No Automatic Refunds

Cancellation of services does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Ebnezer Refund Policy.

7. Existing Obligations

Termination or cancellation does not affect obligations relating to unpaid invoices, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or other provisions intended to survive termination.

Nothing in this policy supersedes the terms of a separately executed service agreement between Ebnezer USA LLC and its clients.
