Pricing for services is provided through written proposals, agreements, service orders, or invoices issued directly by Ebnezer USA LLC. By engaging our services or submitting payment, clients acknowledge acceptance of the applicable scope of work, pricing, and service terms communicated prior to payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, content, and strategies developed by Ebnezer remain the intellectual property of Ebnezer unless expressly transferred in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are designed to support your growth, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Ebnezer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

Termination rights, notice periods, and related obligations are governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written engagement terms. Where no separate termination terms exist, either party may terminate the engagement through written notice.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

9. Service Limitations

Ebnezer provides professional hotel sales and commercial support services. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

We aim to support your internal goals and operational decisions but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Performance may vary depending on market conditions, execution, and internal adoption.

10. Version Control

We may update our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
