Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. Final invoices will reflect services rendered up to that date.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
9. Service Limitations
Ebnezer provides sales support, strategic consulting, and growth services for hospitality businesses. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Any decisions made based on our recommendations are solely your responsibility.
We aim to support your internal goals and operational decisions but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results. Performance may vary depending on market conditions, execution, and internal adoption.
